Hello! Welcome to my Blog
Welcome — I’m Santosh Chandankar
I’m a technology leader, Technical Co-Founder, and hands-on practitioner with over 20 years of experience building, scaling, and stabilizing real-world software systems. I’ve worked across full-stack engineering, cloud platforms, AI/ML solutions, enterprise architecture, and large-scale digital transformation in industries like Insurance, Telecom, BFSI, Security, and SaaS.
I started my career writing code and solving production issues, and over time I grew into roles where I design platforms, lead global teams, and make technology decisions that must survive scale, compliance, cost pressure, and constant change. I’ve led startup-style product builds as well as complex enterprise programs involving CRM platforms, cloud migrations, AI-driven analytics, and security-critical systems.
Why this blog exists
This blog is my space to share practical, experience-backed knowledge—not theory, buzzwords, or hype. Everything here comes from work I’ve actually done: systems I’ve built, programs I’ve led, mistakes I’ve made, and lessons I’ve learned the hard way.
What you’ll find here
On this site, you’ll find articles and deep dives on:

Whether you’re a developer, architect, engineering manager, CTO, founder, or technology enthusiast, this blog is meant to help you think more clearly about building technology that lasts—not just technology that launches.
My philosophy
I believe good technology should simplify complexity, empower teams, and compound value over time. This blog reflects that mindset—focused on clarity, execution, and long-term thinking.
If you’re looking for grounded insights from someone who has lived through both startup chaos and enterprise scale, you’re in the right place.
